The Allen Lee Hughes Fellowship Program was established to increase participation of people of color in professional theater. Fellowships require a 8-12 or 38-44 week commitment, and fellows are able to work with seasoned professionals in the areas of artistic and technical production, arts administration and community engagement. Fellowships are designed for recent graduates (undergraduate or graduate) and career changers interested in pursuing a career in the professional theater. Summer internships are appropriate for college students, graduate students, recent graduates, or career changers.
