Pembroke-King's Programme (PKP) at Cambridge
Qualifications: The programme is aimed at graduate and undergraduate students with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 or equivalent at the time of application. At the very least participants must have completed a full academic course of instruction on a full time basis at their home universities by the time PKP begins. However the average GPA of successful applicants is well above 3.2 (the average in the last years few years being 3.65). At the very least, applicants will have spent one year on a degree course before the start of the programme. As a guideline PKP participants generally fall within the top 25% of their classes.
Cost: $8,100-8,300 (approximate). Includes LDS, undergraduate full tuition (increased cost for graduate and non-LDS students), international health insurance, housing, and approximately ten meals per week.
Additional Info: Students may receive BYU GE or Honors credit for all courses taken. Many courses will count towards Honors courses. Students must receive approval from their departments prior to departure to have these courses count toward their major requirements.
